monday night

it was a ridiculously slow night, so we didnt make sells, like not even close. i know its a bad thing for both the store and my future pay checks, but the HR loves cutting hours anyways so why should i stress? in fact there have been several days where i told guets of other places to buy the sam ething we sold at cheaper prices because they were nice people that shouldnt be cheated out of several extra dollars. that or they are ridiculously mean and i just wanted them to leave so i told them "we don't sell that, but (insert nearby store here) does." ya its actually pretty common to me and my coworkers to make up stuff to get rid of guests, so we dont have to deal with them anymore.
its actually really funny that some guests that are truly frustrated by their inability to find what they were looking for like to throw around that they will be going to our retail competitors instead, with the intention to never return to our store again. strike that, its hilarious. nobody, not the head bosses, (level 3's) the floor leads (level 2's) or the regular floor minions (level 1's and yours truly) care that the guest is not going to shop there anymore. we laugh and quote the angry guests rants all day and the next day. if the guest should make the foolish choice to insult who ever is trying to help them that day, then we get the pleasure of seeing our personal store security escort said angry guest out of the store! this is what gives me and my coworkers joy during the day, someone who does not work there being treated the way we all get treated multiple times a day.
